Lahaina Gateway, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii.  Investor and managing partners as 2/3rd majority stakeholders of the investment entity Bilarjo LLC.   Site work began 1st quarter of 2006 with Completion April 2008.  This 137,500 square foot "Lifestyle Center" was the first center of its kind in Hawaii.  It is currently the largest retail center in West Maui and the first one built in this area since 1989. Anchors include Barnes & Nobles, Office Max, Central Pacific Bank and the gourmet grocery Lahaina Farms.
	Wailea Town Center, Wailea, Maui, Hawaii. Phase I was completed January 2006.  Phase II completed July 2007.  This is the first and only business condominium project offered in the world class Wailea Resort area of Maui.  It is also a mixed use with 7 residential condos on the second floors of Phase II.  Highlight:  Exclusive sales listor, AOAO manager, project manager and location of company offices.  Both Phase I & II business condos were completely sold out, there are still a few residential condos available at this time, 2008.
	The Marketplace at Kapolei – Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii.   Officially opened November 14, 2002.  Investor and Managing partner of this 64,108 square foot shopping complex in the fastest growing community on Oahu.  Directly across the highway from newly proposed University of Hawaii West Campus. Sold January 2005.
	AAAAA Rent-A-Space – Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii.   A retail and storage complex of 80,000 square feet, grand opening January 7, 2000.   Highlight:   Contracted the land lease and assisted as development consultant on the project.
	Kihei Trade Center - Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.  A two story retail-office center of 18,700 square feet.  Co-managing and leasing agency 1999 – 2004.
	The Dolphin Plaza - Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.  A retail shopping center of 18,000 square feet.  Current exclusive listing agency 2003 - present.  Co-leasing agency 1996 – 2002, co-managing agency 1999 – 2001, consultant during period when company offices were located in this center 1995 – 1999.
	35 Hale Kuai - Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.  An 11,300 square foot office building.  Co-managing and leasing agency 1999 – 2004 during period when company offices were located in this center 1999 – 2005.  Highlight:  Development consultant on the project and achieving 100% occupancy upon completion.
	AAAAA Rent-A-Space – Kahului, Maui, Hawaii.   A storage complex of 75,000 square feet, opening 1996 at the Maui Marketplace Development.   Highlight:   Contracted the initial land purchase and assisted as development consultant on the project.  Contracted the land expansion purchase for this project in 2002.
	Lipoa Center  - Lipoa Street, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.  A one-story retail shopping complex of 44,000 square feet.  Developed as general partner in 1988 and sold in 1990.  Managing and leasing agency 1988 – 1990.   Highlight:   Achieved 100% occupancy at time of sale.
	Kealia Beach Plaza  - On the beach at the north end of Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.  A two-story retail-office complex of 16,500 square feet.  Managing and leasing agency 1987 – 1995 and 1999 – 2003.   Highlight:   Achieved three purchase/sales of this property, including two with partial ownership interest.
	Kihei Professional Plaza  - Corner of So. Kihei Road and Lipoa Street in the heart of “downtown” Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.  A two-story office complex of 40,000 plus square feet.   Percentage ownership, managing and leasing agency with onsite company offices during two sales of this project from 1985 – 1995.  Highlight:   The only company to achieve 100% occupancy of this building in 1988-1990.
